Albert Fonticiella oversees people operations, including employee engagement, organizational design, headcount budgeting, compliance planning, employee communications and talent attraction.
Prior to Peptilogics, Fonticialla served as the vice president of corporate services for Edwards Marc Brands, where he built all administrative functions at the rapidly growing startup manufacturer, wholesaler and retailer.
Albert spent three years working at a startup healthcare company in Tokyo, Japan before returning to Washington, DC, to work as a healthcare policy consultant with Avalere Health.
Albert earned his MBA with honors from Georgetown University, studied at Oxford University and earned his BBA from The George Washington University.
