Albert Fonticiella, MBA, SHRM-SCP
VP of People
Albert Fonticiella is the Vice President of People at Peptilogics, where he is establishing the People Operations governance systems including DE&I, employee engagement, organizational design, headcount budgeting, compliance planning, employee communications and talent attraction.
Prior to Peptilogics, Albert served as the Vice President of Corporate Services for Edwards Marc Brands, where he built all administrative functions at the rapidly growing startup manufacturer, wholesaler and retailer. In this capacity, he had primary responsibility for leading the areas of People, DE&I, talent development, benefits design and organizational planning.
Among his accomplishments are a refugee empowerment program that created work opportunities for people from 21 global regions, adding 302 employees over three years and creating a culture of belonging for a wide variety of affinity groups.
Albert spent three years working at a startup healthcare company in Tokyo, Japan before returning to Washington, DC, to work as a healthcare policy consultant with Avalere Health.
An active member of the Pittsburgh community, Albert is a Board Member of the Mattress Factory modern art museum in Pittsburgh.
Albert earned his MBA with honors from Georgetown University, studied at Oxford University and earned his BBA from The George Washington University.
